Social sites are showing all sorts of excitement for the weekend. Me? I guess I’m just happy I can stay home without feeling guilty, and that I won’t have to hobble into work and sit uncomfortably at my desk.
For those who know me, you know I get a bit depressed when I go days without cardio exercise. This is one of those times. My foot injury has slowed me way down. Nothing I can really do about it. And I know resisting what is only makes it worse. I just wish I could at least swim around in a pool, but I’m not supposed to submerge my foot because of the stitches.
So what to do this weekend? I’m open for suggestions. Exercise related or not.
